5 of the Fastest Ways to Build EZ Water in Your Body for Free

Most of the Water in Your Body is Bound in Your Fascia

How Hydrated You are depends on how much Water is in Your Fascia and How much of Your Fascia is available to take on more Water.

Water moves from Digestive → Blood → Fascia

In Your Fascia (and the rest of Your Body - for the most part), Water exists as EZ Water.

The faster the Water You absorb can become EZ Water the better it hydrates Your Fascia and Your Cells.

Better Hydration = Optimal Function

You can build EZ Water in 3 Ways:

  1. Increasing Electron Count
  2. Building Pressure
  3. Exposing Water to Infrared

  1. Grounding - According to Clint Ober, who could handedly be considered the Godfather of the Earthing Movement recommends 20 mins of Earthing time for a 2 hour charge.

  1. Sunbathing and Infrared (IR) - Infrared Doses are constant throughout the days and seasons so long as the sun is in the air. Mornings and Evenings are the purest source of IR light energy. PBM, Firelight and IR Sauna also work, just don’t crank up the intensity by going too hot for too long. (Sitting with Your back against the Fire or doing 3 hour Sauna Sessions)

  1. Bouncing or Rebounding - G-Force creates EZ Water through Compression, go by feel, 2- 10 minutes is effective in My experience.

  1. Eating Fresh Green Plants and Juices - Plants also build EZ Water, Watery Vegetables like Aloe Vera, Tomato, Cucumber and Prickly Pear are great sources but Leafy Greens are great too.

BODY HYDRATION, FASCIA AND A WHOLE BUNCH OF WATER

Fun Fact, Your 70% Water. Just kidding, You’re actually somewhere between 95-99% Water , 70% by Volume but approximately 97% by Molecular Count. With all that water floating around it’s hard to believe it’s mostly in Your Blood, Lymph or Digestive System.

Every Fluid in Your Body has Water as its Base. Like Bechamel is used as the Creamy Foundation to make a Sauce like Soubise, Nantua, or Mornay, Water is the same.

But instead of Sauce it’s used to make other Fluids. Cytosol for Your Intracellular Fluid, Cerebrospinal For Your Brain and Spinal Cord, Pleural Fluid for Your Lungs, Saliva for Your Mouth, the list goes on.

However, most of this Fluid exists as Interstitial Fluid between Your Cells. 

Your ExtraCellular Matrix (ECM) and Cells are the 2 main Components that make up Your Body. Your Cells being the mini-You, (times 37 trillion - there’s a lot of You’s in there!) and Your ECM being the Gooey Web that keeps Everyone Happy and Together.

Your Interstitial Fluid lives in Your ECM and acts as the exchange network so all of Your Cells are supplied with nutrients, waste removal and a fresh, clean, brand-spanking new watery canvas to carry out Communication and Cellular Function.

In other words Your ECM is the Grand Central Station and Your Interstitial Fluid are all the trains coming in and out.

So what’s this got to do with Your Fascia?

I’m glad You asked.

WATER AND YOUR FASCIA

Ever wonder where the water You drink actually goes? 

When You drink Water it first has to pass from Your Digestive System into Your Blood, Once in Your Blood it has the option of being filtered out by Your Kidneys to be excreted or it makes its way from Your Blood vasculature into Your ECM.

There’s plenty of Factors that determine whether or not the Water You drink gets filtered out or incorporated. Your Electrolyte Balance, Fascial Hydration and Sympathetic Activation are a few of the influences at play.

But once Water has moved from Your Digestive System to Your Blood, and the decision has been made to not filter it out, some stays within circulation while the rest goes to Your ECM.

At this point the Train has arrived at Grand Central Station.

Your ECM is Your Fascia, or at least a part of it. From here Your Fascia coordinates the flow of Water, where it goes and how much gets delivered. But unlike Your Brain this Water Transport and Dispersal Network is not directed by messages through Your Neurons, it’s directed by Movement.

Your Unspoken Language.

In other words the way Your brain directs Water transport is through Crosstalk with Your Kidneys and it uses Your Blood as the Irrigation Lines.

When Your Brain detects low water supply it speaks to Your Kidneys like You would put an order at Your Local Diner. You make Your Order, (Brain senses Dehydration and requests Water), The Diner (Kidneys) whip up a Your Mouth-Watering, Sunny-side Up Egg on a French Baguette with Homemade Hollandaise Sauce (the Water - it's fancy water), and then they give it to You, (reabsorb Water back into Your Bloodstream).

Water Distribution in Your Fascia is different.

Instead Your Fascia moves Water by the way Your Body is squeezed and released. Like Millions of Sponges working in Synchrony Water moves from one Space to the next, flowing as it follows the changes in pressure.

This is like rolling up that same Diner but the ground You Walk on to get to the front door is flexible and stretchy like a Trampoline. 

When You get close enough the Flexible Floor reads Your Mind, (next-level technology), and triggers a release latch inside the store that rolls Your Order out through a Conveyor Belt by the Window.

You pick it up without even breaking stride, Hot and Ready to go. 

A pretty Genius Business Model if I do say so Myself.

Basically Your Fascia is a Reservoir, with “the Squish” being the Delivery Mechanism.

“The Squish” manifests in many different ways. Proper Breathing and Moving Patterns are the primary Maintenance Mediums, but other Methods like Myofascial Release, Massage, Stretching, Rebounding, Pin & Stretch, Yoga, Isometrics, Decompression, Compression and loads more are all common tactics that are used.

Because Your Fascia also  houses Your Lymph and Blood Capillaries, it also supplies Water to these Systems on top of moving it along its pressure gradients.

This  ensures:

  1. The Systems are functioning properly, (dried-out Blood and Lymph do not flow very well).

  1. That Water can get to other areas of the Body as well, flowing more efficiently through the Blood to deposit it at other Fascia Locales.

I.e. From the Fascia that encases Your Stomach Lining or Quad to the Fascia on the Bottom of Your Foot.

To make a Long Story short.

Fascia holds the majority of Your Water. 

How Healthy Your Fascia is dictates How Much Water You can Hold and How easily You can exchange it. 

And How much Water You can Hold and How Easily You can move from one Space in Your Body to the next dictates how Healthy Your Fascia is.

A nice little Interdependence.

And there’s no coincidence in this relationship. Your Fascia has some tricks up its Sleeve, and like every Good Magician Your Fascia knows how to use Real Magic.

Your Fascia changes water into something Special.

Water in Your Body doesn’t look, feel or function the same way the Water that You drink does. That’s because Water in  Your Body is structured, (something I’ve gone over  the basics about here through these 5 Foundational Articles).

Besides being gelatinous, electron-dense, organized and information-rich, Structured Water, better known as Exclusion Zone (EZ) Water, is the functional form of Water in Your Body.

And it Exists as 2 forms in Your Fascia:

Free Water: Water that flows freely from one Space to the next. Into Your Bloodstream, back into Your Fascia, into a Cell then back out into the ECM, into the Lymph, back out… You get the idea.

It’s like Your neighbour riding by on her Bike, passing by.

Bound Water: This is Water bound to a Glycosaminoglycan (GAG) Frond like Hyaluronon. This form of Water is bound to GAGs like Water binds to Gelatin or Jell-O.

This is also where EZ Water shines and stretches to impact Water beyond the reaches of the GAG Molecule due to it’s structured form.

This is one of the reasons EZ Water hydrates better. 

Hydration is the ability to retain and incorporate Water in the Body. The closer Water is to its native structure (EZ in the case of our Bodies), the quicker and easier it can be incorporated and thus the more effectively We hydrate Ourselves.

It’s kind of like buying a new Patio Set. 

When it comes in bits and pieces all packaged up, delivered to Your Driveway but in need of Construction, it’s a lot less likely to get put straight out on the Patio and used for Your Late Afternoon Kickback. 

You might even be inclined to leave it in Your Driveway..

If it was delivered, built and ready to go, it would just be a matter of moving it from Point A to Point B.

In mere Minutes You’d be sitting back, Mimosa in hand, under the Banana Leaves that Shade Your Freshly Supplied Throne.

This is the same for Water and Your Hydration.

Structured it’s ready to hydrate, unstructured it’s more likely to get filtered out.

The more EZ Water You can make, the more efficiently Your Body can operate. Instead of Waiting and using Resources to create EZ Water Your Body can have it ready to go, Plug and Play Style, replacing the Interstitial Fluid of Your Fascia.

If You have Hydrated Fascia You have Hydrated Cells, 

If You have Hydrated Cells, You Have Optimal Cellular Function

Which looks like Proper Protein Folding, Streamlining of Cellular Metabolism and Facilitating DNA Repair and Replication.

So what decides whether or not You make EZ Water?

2 Factors:

  1. The Number of Electrons You are Carrying

      2. The Environmental Ingredients that create EZ Water.

And before We launch into What You can do to make EZ Water I’m going to share with You the Basic Fundamentals of How it’s Made.

Quickly.

  1. Electron Count: Without getting into the Nitty-Gritty of the Science EZ Water needs Electrons to maintain it’s Structure, not to be built.

Now here’s the Science:

EZ Water’s Structure is H3<O2 instead of H2O. In other words it has one less positively charged Hydrogen but the same number of negatively-charged Electrons. This is what makes it Electron-Dense.

Therefore EZ isn’t negative because it takes on more negatively charged electrons but because it releases positively charged protons.

When You have excess Protons due to Electron depletion,, Electrons on the periphery of the Exclusion Zones get used to balance out the charge. 

In other words, positively charged molecules and protons get attracted to negatively charged rifts and valleys in the EZ Water Surface and disrupt the EZ Water chain by decoupling Water from the EZ  Structure.  

One molecule at a time.

A ready supply of Electrons prevents this erosion from happening because:

  1. EZ Structure can quickly be remade.

  1. Free Electrons can quench the thirst of positively charged molecules

Back to no-Frills Basics:

In short Your Body desires to be Negatively Charged. Negative Charge is Your Native state, it’s used for Everything, from Energy Production, to balancing  Inflammation, to Muscle Contraction, to mopping up Free Radicals. 

Even Your excretion processes, including peeing, sweating, exhaling and sitting on the porcelain throne all work to  dump off positive charge just so Your Body can maintain it’s Negative charge (minute 6:30)

Like Water the easier You can move Electrons, and thus negative charge, into each Cell and Tissue the more efficiently Your Body can do it’s thing.

This is why Total Electron Count is so important.

  1. Environmental Inputs: This one’s intuitive. EZ Water is gel-like, viscous and dense.

Think of a Sugary Slushie.

Or Jell-O Pudding

Or if You’re an Earth-Loving, Bio-Harmonizing, Health Nerd like Me, chilled Bone Broth from Your last Hunt left overnight in the fridge to congeal.

So Anything that naturally creates density compresses Bulk Water together and favours EZ Water formation. 

Mentioned here, here (minute 11:40)and here (minute 54:50).

Likewise anything that makes Water more gel-like is going to be closer to EZ Water than Bulk Water.

That last Statement is Broad and Generalized and has yet to be Scientifically proven but I’m saying it with My fingers crossed. 

Of course take it with a pinch of salt.

In lots of cases we’ve seen this to be true, like in:

Chia Seeds

Chilled Water

Holy Basil

Turmeric

Coconut Water

But in other cases like Gelatin or Collagen (more or less the same thing), Pectins and Essential Sugars, there is some evidence and here at minute 1 hr : 05 but I have yet to find research that exclusively tests for Structured Water Formation.

Lastly, You only need to take a brief look at the Publications in Gerald Pollack’s Water Secret, Underground Water Laboratory, (except it’s not secret or underground), to see that Infrared Light creates EZ Water.

Specifically Far-Infrared (3000 nm +) for close contact and Near-Infrared (780 nm - 1400 nm) for penetrating further into deeper ranges beyond the light source.

Infrared Light has just enough energy to shake up the Bulk Water molecules so they stop holding hands, (Scientists use a fancy term called “Hydrogen Bonding”). 

When Water breaks apart like this  it can begin binding to a Hydrophilic Surface and organize itself into an ordered Structure.

The Takeaway? 

If You can increase the compression on bulk water, turn it into a gel or throw some Infrared at it, You can turn it into EZ.

And in this next section, I’m going to show You how.

THE 5 WAYS TO BUILD EZ WATER

  1. GROUNDING

The Earth is negatively charged by Thunderstorms. ttps://www.feynmanlectures.caltech.edu/II_09.html In fact, the earth is getting struck by lightning 40,000 times per day and each one of these lighting strikes carry negative charge in the form of Electrons that they deposit on the Earth’s Surface.

The Human body, being somewhere between 95-99% water molecules is unmistakably a good conductor.

Get Your skin on the the Earth’s Surface and You begin picking up Electrons, saturarting our Body after about 20 minutes.

This keeps EZ Water in Your Body Alive and Kicking by off-setting any erosion.

  1. SUNLIGHT/ INFRARED

As You know Infrared builds EZ. Sunlight as You probably guessed is a potent source of light., particularly Infrared Light. Near Infrared Light makes up roughly 55% of the Sunlight that reaches the Earth.

Infrared Light from the Sun is relatively constant throughout the day but You get the purest dose 0-30 mins after Sunrise and before Sunset. This is because the sun’s light has to travel through ten times the amount of air, which scatters high energy wavelengths like UV, Blu and Green Visible Light and allows the longer Wavelengths of Orange, Red and Infrared to pass through.

This is also why Sun-gazing is safe in the morning an evening and why Hawaiian Sunsets make the most Beautiful Colors on Your Date Night.

Because the Sun is always pumping out Infrared, even, in the winter time, on an overcast day, You can still soak a good daily dose of Infrared with 20 mins of Full Skin Sun exposure.

Heck, get naked and You’ve got a great combination of Infrared EZ Water Production and Cold Thermogenesis au natural.

Other modalities like PhotoBiomodulation (PBM) Devices, (Clearlight Saunas, JOOVV Technology) and Firelight are great sources of Near Infrared. You just want to keep the time or the temperature low.

Near-Infrared is fantastic unless it’s too hot for too long. In this Study they found doubling of Reactive Oxygen Species and a reduction of antioxidant capacity by 50% when skin temperature went from 37 to 45 degrees Celsius while being subjected to Near-Infrared. It also upregulated special Enzymes called MMP’s that act as Cleavers to degrade Collagen when Near- Infrared was coupled with excessive heat.

The Goldilocks Zone for Near-Infrared seems to be Sunlight mimicry. The closer it is to sunlight in terms of intensity, the better.

On the Flip-side Far-Infrared is pretty tough to overdo and carries many of the same benefits. 

The penetration is just Surface-Value. (See what I did there).

So if You’re going to bake Yourself sitting with Your back next to the fire or cook in a sauna, just don’t do it for 3 hours straight. But if it’s only Far-Infrared light coming out of Your PBM Device and the heat isn’t too high. Fly at ‘er.

  1. BOUNCING / CYCLICAL COMPRESSSION

When You bounce Up and Down as You would on a Rebound Trampoline or on the Balls of Your Feet, You’re creating G-Forces within Your Body.

When Your Muscles stay relaxed the Fluids within Your Body are Free and Unresisted. The Rapid Acceleration and Deceleration that occurs from jumping Up and Down creates a Stop-Go Movement Internally.

When You Accelerate everything speeds up, molecules briefly floating in solution, when You suddenly stop (land to bounce back up) all of the molecules suddenly compress. This external pressure “densifies” the Water in Your Bodily Fluids supporting EZ Water Formation.

It’s similar to when You're with Your Friends in the Car, casually eating Your Strawberry Mint Ice Cream in the Passenger Seat when the Driver slams the brakes. The way Your Face splatters into Your Ice Cream is the same way 2 water molecules come together.

The only difference is one results in EZ water and the other results in a high quality, and rather minty, face mask.

  1. EATING FRESH, (OR WATERY), VEGETABLES

Another way to quickly enhance EZ Water Production is by drinking, or arguably even eating, fresh, live plants.

Plants use the Sun’s Energy not only to create more Plant Material and Energy for their own metabolism but also to create Structured Water. Instead of calling it Structured Water this has been long known as “Biologically Active” water. 

This is quite obvious in plants like tomatoes, cucumbers and aloe vera where the water that comes out when You bite into it is more of a gel rather than a liquid.

Eating Fresh Plants means that the EZ Water in it is the most charged, which is especially true if Your eating chlorophyll-rich portions of the plant like the leaves of:

Collards

Kale

Spinach

Radish

Beets

Carrot

Cilantro 

and Parsley 

after they have been bathed in the sun.

This means EZ Water production will be at its highest.

When You eat the Plant or drink the juices, You’re supplying Your Body with more electrons to help prevent EZ Water from breaking down. It can also supply the raw materials to kickstart EZ Water production in places that are lacking.

  1. HOT - COLD CONTRAST

It might not be Your first inclination to think about what’s going on underneath the hood when You jump into some freezing cold water and then quickly switch it up to hot to get that feeling of little icicles pricking Your skin.

But You can rest assured when You’re switching from Really Hot to Really Cold Your Building EZ.

That’s because Your Blood Vessels dilate and constrict in response to temperature. During Hot-Cold Contrast Your Opening up Your Blood Vessels during the Heating Portion of the Cycle and Closing them down during the Cooling Portion of the Cycles. This creates the same effect as rebounding or bouncing.

Every time You get Cold the water Molecules compress together from the pressure of Your constricting Endothelium, this creates density and density builds EZ Water.

  1. BONUS: MITOCHONDRIA PRODUCE INFRARED LIGHT

Getting Cold has another positive effect. 

When You subject Yourself to Cold Temperatures You stimulate Mitochondria in Your Brown Adipose Tissue (BAT) to release Uncoupling Proteins (UCP)’s. These Uncoupling Proteins create a Thermogenic Effect by shifting Energy for ATP Production to Heat Production so Your insides can stay warm.

And Heat is Infrared Light.

And Infrared Light, as You know by now, builds EZ.
